DADS AND MOMMIES PAY ATTENTION!!! Are you all responsible for the widening gap of equality of the sexes?Think about it DADS are more protective of daughters than sons,moms and dads try especially hard to protect daughters from hurt (emotional ) has this contributed to the notion that daughters need more protection than sons. On issues such as what type of friends they have ,what they do in there day and who they date and when.
IF THERES SUCH INEQUALITY IN THE FAMILY THEN DOESNT THIS TELL US OF THE REST OF THE WORLD

I know that Moms tend to spoil their sons and not make them help out as much around the house. Then they grow up not knowing how to do it, or thinking it's not their responsibility. Thus many men grow up having no clue at all how to manage a household.
You bet I'm putting a stop to that with my kids!

I don't think that there is a widening gap in equality of the sexes. Certainly the women that I know can take care of themselves. Maybe your question is from a different perspective than what I see...but I don't see inequalities in families or in sexes....I see some inequalities in equal pay for equal jobs etc...but never have I thought that women were somehow not on a par with men.
