Some people are claiming that Anna Nicole artificially inseminated herself with J. Howard Marshall's sperm. Some people are also claiming that Howard Stern had something to do with Anna Nicole's death. Anna nicole claimed her mother beat her. So lets suppose the baby is J. Howard Marshalls if her mother is abusive who will legally get the baby, or if Howard had something to do with Anna's death and he is the father who will legally get the baby?

I hope it is Larry Birkhead. He seems to be the most stable 'father' around. Still can't believe that the body will be buried in the Bahamas.... Wrong ruling.
