You need to compartmentalize your objectives and concentrate on one thing at a time. Accomplish simple tasks first, then move on to more complex tasks. If this doesn't work, contact Dr. Phil and Oprah, and don't forget Tom Cruise too.

Take some time to relax and try to figure out what is bothering you. Spend time with God daily, praying, reading the Bible, etc. If you can't find out what is bothering you, you may need to seek professional counseling to assist you with settling your mind, but keep praying and seek God and He will surely help you.
