Seeing his organs on his belly is normal.

When you feed him are you gut loading the crickets or dusting them before feeding? What type of substrate are you using? How long have you had him? When you feed him and he doesn't eat do you leave the crickets in there? If so that can stress them out real bad. Also crickets are know for biting and try to eat on geckos. If my guy doesn't eat within a few hours I take them out.

One thing I do is at night I cover his cage with a towel. Geckos can get stressed out real fast.

You can try baby food or get meal worms, waxwroms, superworms and grind them up and get a good paste to feed him. Sometimes it's hard to get the mouth open. So what I do very gently I use a credit card to get his mouth open then put the syringe in. Don't feed him to much at a time.

When you feed him and if he vomits it back up take him to the vet as soon as possible.
