im scared i dont get the results till later

I agree with your first answer. I'm sure you'll get an expectorant, which will help get that stuff out of your lungs when you cough (make sure you drink lots of liquids, it's the only way it'll work), and of course the antibiotics. Make sure you finish all of your medications, even if you're feeling better. Best of luck to you. Don't be afraid........

Don't push going back to school. Your doctor can write you a note excusing you. You need lots of rest, fluids, antibiotics. Feel better!

if it is pneumonia, they have antibiotics to kill it. bronchitis is just irritated throat and airways. phenumonia is inside the lungs. keep coughing! sleep sittin up is possible. the fluid has to come out!
likely you will live even though u may not want to right now.

Sounds like pneumonia to me.
You'll be given antibiotics, and you'll have to rest alot.
You'll be ok.
