If you're craving something sweet & crunchy - Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal ... no milk
Something salty - Honey roasted peanuts or cashews are yummy too!
OR -- Toast a piece of bread, spread creamy peanut butter all over it, fold it in half & eat it with a small glass of milk. It's quite filling & will take the "edge" off.

Just do what I do: Go out and get a big bag of potato chips and a can of dip and eat the entire bag while watching tv. It usually takes 1/2 hr. for me to eat the bag.
