Well as a big Mets fan it's hard for me to say it but I think they will fall off a little from last year I think the starting rotation is a little suspect someone is going to have to step up because Pedro won't get it done he's past his prime. I think they will still win the east with 91 wins with the phillies close behind and hopefully we will stay healthy this post season so we can finally see a title back on the right side of New York.

Well, as a Braves fan, I hope it's around ten less than Atlanta. :)
I think that the NL East will be very tight this year (with the exception of the Nationals). The Mets have the best top-to-bottom lineup offensively, with the Phillies a close second. The Braves have fixed their biggest sore spot from last year (relief pitching) in a big way, with Rafael Soriano & Mike Gonzalez, but have big holes at first & second. Also, let's not forget Florida, who has a few offensive stars and most likely the best starting rotation in the league. It should be a fun year!

Mets will win 86 games Ten less than the Phillies who will win the NL East and the NL pennant!! The Yankees will beat the Phillies in a classic 7 game World Series.

I'm gonna make a bold prediction and say 110 games on their way to winning the world series in 2007.

Somewhere between 90-100 games. I dont understand why people are underestimating them so much. They had the best record in the NL last year, and they're not any worse this year.

i think they'll win somewhere between 85-95 games and win the NL east...they have decent hitting and pitching, but they have a tough division...i still think this team is talented enough to get the job done though
