That's great that Prince lives in my country Canada! Yay, but he's second fiddle Michael. No one beats the King of Pop. Although, I do think of Prince as a close second.

both are huge musical icons and whilst michael jackson has made some great hits in the 70s and 80s, particularly with legendary producer quincy jones, his music went off the rail by the late 90s. prince like jacko has come up with and written some great songs, 1999, little red corvette, when doves cry to name but a couple. but the advantage he has over michael jackson if he has one, is that he can play an instrument and in prince's case it is the guitar. as for talented well, that's hard to say; rather the way i see it is that michael jackson is a great dancer whilst prince is a fab guitarist and both have released great anthems that have stood the test of time. i cannot choose between the two, although if i had to, then i'd opt for prince- simply because he is not just a good vocalist but an equally good songwriter and musician as well

They're both very talented. Michael had more mass appeal, I think, whereas Price was more controversial (see: Darling Nikki, buttless pants). Prince has shown to have more staying power, though (and he's obviously the more mentally stable of the two) -- so in my opinion, I gotta go with Prince.

Even though I wish I could say Michael Jackson, at this time, I would have to say Prince. (bonus is that he lives here in Toronto, Ontario Canada!)
Michael was WAS so good in his time, an icon, a master..with such skill and the ability to entertain millions...unfortunately the world has become all to used to his strange behaviours and the way his looks have become different that its been soooo long since anyone has seen him in his true, magical form.
I wish the old Michael would come back and captivate everyone again..its all very sad...seems like he has a very lonely existence.

I love Prince more. He has this weird attractiveness to him. When I was younger and my mom would listen to him, I always thought it was a girl singing. Anyway, I like Michael Jackson too but he does too much of those "eeee heeee" and stuff like that.
OH YEAH! and i forgot to mention, he knows how to act.
