It does not look like a normal period it is lighter then normal, I have not used condoms or birth control since the marriage. (3 months ago) so is it possible to have a light period while being pregnant. I have also had tenderness of the breast, darkend nipple area, nasea, bad mood swings I don't know if this is just my period or if it is cause i could be pregnant. Like I said my period was 5 weeks late. is that normal. I have not been stressed out until this morning when I started to bleed.

You could possible be pregnant. However some women can be pregnant and bleed the first three months. Most of the women in my family even came on their period for three months, and by the 4th month found out they were pregnant. Most women experience some bleeding while pregnant. You need to see if your pregnant first. Get a test ASAP!!! If it's positive then go see your doctor and they will see how far along you are, and see if the baby is ok as well. Try not to worry yourself. Just get a test as soon as you can.

First of all, if your period is 5 weeks late, you want to go buy a pregnancy test. Knowing is number 1. Second, bleeding while you are pregnant, is not always ok. Sometimes, it is normal, but you must always be cautious because this could be a sign of a miscarriage, especially so early on in a pregnancy. Go to you local Planned Parenthood, or some other clinic to have a pelvic exam. You want to make sure that everything is okay.
