well there is this boy i fancy hes working at the same place im working i mean ive known him for ages and i fancy him and i think he knows he doesnt show any signs if he fancies me or not i mean he jokes around with other girls but he doesnt with me hes just nice he helps me with stuff i cant do i mean he doesnt talk to unless it is necessary he came round my house and we sat opposite each other but he didnt talk to me and i didnt talk to him and we found it hard to look at each other he was with his parents but at the end of the dinner when he was about to go he said thankyou and smiled for about 10 seconds at me but i dont know why he doesnt joke around with me like the other girls and he doesnt smile at me a lot, i think he might be embarrassed coz he knows i fancy him. do you think he fancies me or not or is just shy and embarrassed?

i dont fink he's interested sweetie. but at least he's decent enough NOT to tell every1 bout it. if i wos yhoo id seriously concider looking elsewhere. something could happen later on but for th moment, forget bout him and dont waste yhoor tym chasing after him either. he'll show signs if he wants to go out with yhoo, but untill then, keep on th lookout for something better. thers otha fish in th sea hunni! i may be wrong tho, coz yhoo could look for th signs...does he only joke around with tha girls wen yoor ther? is he a good liar coz he could be keepin his feelings from yhoo? yhoo neva know!

I wish you had included your age... it might help... in any case, I think he likes you and he is just shy. If he knew you like him but didn't like you back the smile would not have been there. The fact that he jokes with other girls makes you different doesn't it. I used to be like he is. I could joke with ahyone but there was this one girl I was terrified of because I was afraid of making a fool of myself... she asked me out! Now I am not promising he is not simply trying to keep his distance but the smiling is a good sign. You should try just outright telling him how you feel. If he likes you GREAT and if I was wrong at least you will know and you can just let it go instead of having the doubt kill you (I insist tough, odds are he is just shy) .

He doesn't joke around with you like the other girls because you mean more to him. He can sense your interest in him, and he takes it seriously. Kiss him, girl, that's what you need to do. Just grab him when the moment is right, look him in the eyes, and kiss him. He will get the message and you will be off and running. Go get him, girl! He's too shy to take the initiative....

of course, he does fancy you but too shy to ask you out. many if not all guys are like that. the fact he doesn't joke about with you means you are special rather than hatred. guys hardly play around with their will-be girls until they are sure they are in control. flirting with this guy would not be enough to make him talk to you because he seems like the estreem shy type, if not, he would have taken advantage of your ever signalling green light and start talking to you. now to solve the problem, why not ask the guy out? but you must make sure of two things before doing this. (1) do you look good enough to be this guys gf? (2) make sure he is not an over grown kid who would tell the other girls about you asking him out. good luck and let us hear your sucess.

Well seeing as he is different around you to other girls that appears to imply that he thinks differently of you to other girls. Though this doesn't mean that he fancies you. If you really want to know what he thinks of you, you have to talk about it to him, try and talk to him more, because then you might learn more about what he thinks about you :)!

guys can be like this if theyre shy, especially if hes never had a girlfreind before. he must be quite weary of you if hes not jokin wiv u. Just play it cool unless ur sure he likes you.

he either fancies you, or he hates you.
