Virgin Mobile is great. I am on my second phone through them and everybody else in my family goes through them as well. They have some neat phones and cool ringtones too. Their prices are fair and you can send and receive text messages, take and send pictures, play games, or even listen to music if you buy their mp3 phone. If you are not into that stuff, they also have more basic phones with just the basic features as well. You can check out and purchase all their phones online as well as in stores. Give their website a try.

Virgin Mobile or CIngular GO Phone are your best bets. I had a Cingular GO Phone before I switched to a contract plan.
