I don't know, tell about ur life. If ur on drugs or something than yes, some people have a better life than you if not and you have 2 kids, a great job and a wonderful wife than no, some people don't have a better life than you.

You are on the internet asking this question. Meaning you are on a computer. I'm guessing you are in some sort of home, obviously with electricity. You probably also have running water. A bed to sleep in. Maybe even television. Food to eat, too?
There are so many people that would love to have your life.
If the other details of your life are so horrible, get off the computer and go change them.
