I am going to assume that you mean fiction book and not fictional book. Before you try to get published (not publish), you should be aware that there are two errors in your question. No publisher will take you seriously until you can get your language skills up to scratch. That has to be your first step.

You need to know who your audience is. This helps you to find a publisher(s) that appeals to that specific audience. Once you have your general idea of who you are marketing to, then you can choose your publisher. Be sure that when you send in your hard copy, that you've included an outline and a review of who you are targeting. Then, my next piece of advice, do not get discouraged if your first try is failed. You typically have to send out about 30 copies before one is ever accepted. I wish you the best of luck!
