Yes. Child molesters should get the electric chair as far as I am concerned.

Depends on the ages and the difference in ages. Most courts would rather see the father out earning a living and paying for the baby's support, I think, but some places just knee-jerk put the guy in the pokey just because they love having the power to slap someone in jail, even if it isn't in society's best interest or that of the girl and the baby. Works both ways, too: Look at Mary Kay Laterneau and Villie Fillau. They jailed her twice for getting pregnant twice by the young boy.

I guess it all depends on which state you live in.. I live in New Mexico and if your under the age of 16 and the guy is 18 or older and you reported him then yes he would definately go to jail, The legal limit would be 4 years apart if your over the age of 16 but still then if you or your parents reported him he would still go to jail

He should, but it all depends on the state the teen lives in and the age of the teen at the age of conception. There is nothing good that comes from a loser older guy that preys on teenage girls. You may think he is hot and so mature, but if he was really either he wouldn't be dating and having sex with woman his age instead of teenage girls. I got married to one of these loser guys when I was barely 18. We were married for five years and I left after three years. This guy was such a hoser, but I was young and stupid and didn't know he was such a loser that he could only date 16 year olds when he was 26. Still to this day it was the dumbest mistake in my entire life. Get away from this guy if you are asking about you and if you are pregnant run even faster. Nothing good ever comes from loser guys that knock up teenage girls even if he says "I love you." He doesn't, he is just stoked that he can get his pathetic penis inside anything and extra bonus since he got it in a young teenage girl. Sorry for the real reality, but those of us that have been there, can tell you to run for it before your whole life gets ruined forever.

there is a very high possibility that he could go to jail. It depends on the age, the state, and the statute in that state. The best way to know is to call the hotline in that particular state to find out the guidelines. Also be aware that if the girls parents do not press charges that the state can, if it is breaking the law.

Depending on the state you live in, there are certain laws for this type of thing. The age of consent in each state varies, from 16-18. If she is below the allowed age of your state, then yes, a man can go to jail for statutory rape.

Yes, he can go to jail. If the girl is under that age set by the state she lives in and the parents can press charges.

In some states. Like in NY, if a girl is under 16, that's an automatic felony. If a girl is over 16, the guy must be under 21, or else that's a felony as well. (And then the guy gets labeled a sex offender too... And NOBODY wants the "pervert" label following them around!!)

if he has broken the law - then its a possibility.
it depends on the age of the teen and i suppose if she is a minor if her parents decide to persue legal action. - although supposing it was within a loving, long term relationship and the guy and the girl were taking responsibility for themselves and each other and the baby - then it would not be looked on so badly.
hope this helps
