I think the judge is trying to stretch things out to bring himself publicity. According to the attorney's that Larry King disscused the issues with, the case is simple. Since Anna and her mom were estranged, the body would go to the baby. Then who ever is found to be the true father after the paternity test results are in, would choose where to bury her.
That sounded very logical to me. Although the judge is bringing up some good questions about who stands to gain wealth from having the body, things have gotten really morbid. Enough already and just put that girl in the ground somewhere.

all I can say is that this crap is dragged out too long!and it does not take this long for a DNA test to be done.I don't even want to watch or read about any of it until the results.Right now it is just boring and the same stuff is said day after day.BORING!

this judge is hiliarious. nicknaming the attorneys: Texas, Tall Texas, and Houston. i don't know where they found him but i hope this trail never ends
