the best thing to do is eat more salads with lite dressing more than anything....dont deprive yourself of carbs tho bc you will have no energy at all...stay away from soft drinks adn stuff with lots of sugar...drink more water and stuff, but i fyou do drink soft drinks go with diet coke...and really work out but dont lift too much wieghts bc then you will build muscle mass and actually gain weight.

Hm my only sugestion since I've never had a problem losing weight is to try eating more vegetarian products, I'm a veggie so yeah. Go over to the food section on here where it says Vegan and Vegetarian and ask for some recipies...hope that helped atleast a little bit. Also good luck in wrestling :).

You could always cut water weight before the match and also cutting weight (i.e.-living off of so much as one energy bar a day) cutting water weight is temporary, and cutting fat can affect your game a lot. The safest way is old fashioned calisthenics and a healthy diet.

no longer as cool as WWE ;) Lol yet fairly, i did not pay that a lot interest to extreme college wrestling to be honest. I knew about it and inspite of yet i fairly purely kept music of football. i imagine it truly is a funky recreation although.

Checkout www.bodybuilding.com for diet plans. Make sure you don't go heavy on the weights also. Muscle is much heavier than fat.
