I have a jerry can full of gasoline sitting in my garage. Its gotten cold over the past few weeks and its probably been frozen three or four times. Is the gasoline still good? Will it work in my 1996 Buick Regal?

yes it will work, it hasnt frozen unless you live in antarctica.
to properly store gas add stabil fuel stabilizer to it. otherwise'
it will eventually turn into varnish , which smells varnishy, and is not good to put in any car, even a 1996 regal.

gasoline does not freeze, but tiny amounts of water in the fuel, will freeze. add some of that red colored fuel stablisier. that makes the gas good for about one year before it goes.

I would use the fuel up to a year and there should be no issues
