3 years old on 5 acres 3 bedroom 2 bath with out buildings & pool $610 per month mortgage we put down a large down payment. We keep the mortgage cause we need something to take off the taxes.

Mortgage: $650- It's a 3 bedroom house on 1 1/2 acres. It's also 100 years old and needs a new foundation!!! BLAH!!

My mortgage on my old house was $2033/month with escrow. My rent now is $1600/month. including water.
By the way, I live in sunny south florida. I know...it is expensive here.

Wow, I'm almost embarrassed to say. I pay $450 a month in rent. This is actually cheap for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Mississippi considering there's NO PLACE to live thanks to HURRICANE KATRINA. Shoot, the way I look at it, at least I have a roof over my head. Most people here are still living in FEMA trailers.

I pay $625/month, and live in Oregon. It's a 2 bdrm, w/washer and dryer, and includes Water/ Sewer/Garbage
Houses and Rent is cheaper here than most places.

$475 a month. My wife and I rent a 2 bedroom duplex, it's tiny at less than 900 sq. ft and located in Missouri, the ghetto of the midwest.

$281 a month rent. I live in Northern California.We get reduced rent due to my husband's job
Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath house...not going to be moving anytime soon..
