put a new starter on my truck and it still won't start. It's not even making a sound like it's trying to start. The battery seems to be fine. I have power inside like lights, radio and stuff like that, it just won't turn over. Please Help???

The link you are looking for is located at the starter, and looks like a regular wire with a very large black "crimp" connector.
I would look more at the neutral safety switch, or possibly the ignition switch..

there is usually a small tan colored wite that goes to a small screw in back of the starters salenoide.that the wire off put a 12 volt light from there to the engines metal body and have some one turn the key way over to start,If it lights, you have a starter problem.
a few fusable links are mear that area also
