Bush likes Jews/israel and he likes blacks (powell, rice) and hispanics (he has latinos in his family). he also says he wants a better life for muslims living in oppressive nations and wants to win their hearts over
so are most republican voters also like this ...or are there alot of republicans who hate all non-whites/non-Christians and only vote for bush to prevent kerry or gore from taking over the country?

I am not a republican but I do vote for them in most cases. I did vote for Bush. Bush is too liberal for me to be quite honest. I am white but I don't hate nonwhites (I am married to a Latino and my daughter's god parents are Mexican and Korean) so the whole racist thing is just BS. Bush is somewhat conservative on moral issues like stem cell research but when it comes to issues like the border he is way liberal. I do believe Bush to be a moral man and a Christian. I don 't by any means like all of his opinions.

Good question. I have a lot of GOP friends who seem to be much more towards the middle than the extremist right.

people that hate non-whites/non Christians are racists, not republicans. i know how confusing it is. they both begin with "r".
its probably just as confusing as the stereotype that liberal democrats love free speech and are tolerant of other views.

I see we still have people that believe in the myth of Republican racism. It amazes me that people fail to see how racist the Democrat party is. Republicans say you should take care of yourself, Democrats do not think you are capable of taking care of yourself.
