No. The worst would be thinking they are any different from someone without a cleft. It would make you insensitive and well, quite shallow. People would feel sorry for you. Not the person with the cleft.

This was one of my biggest fears while pregnant...everytime i had an ultrasound I asked them to check their cleft palletes..something that just worried me at the time..Thank God for surgeons like him/her who go and help others..

OMG 11!!!11 would being a cute dumb ***** be the worst thing ever.
no, being a cute dumb 8 yr south african orphan, who's parents have just died of aids, and has to look after her 2 (under 5 yr old sisters) would come close to being the worst thing ever.
I actually met her, but she wasn't dumb so at least she had one thing up on you

You seem kind of insensitive. They're not called cleft palletes...they're called palletely challenged...

it would not be the worst thing ever. it is not a deadly situation. i know two people that have had operations for this reason and they are perfectly healthy!

It would definitely be horrible, but I think not having a limb or two would be worse.

Just remember, with anything in life, it could always be better, and it could always be worse.
