They use the word Fancy,because they use Heinz Ketchup,the trademark logo of Heinz is Fancy ketchup.

OMG I just had some. Thats amazing. You are 100% right. Its not very good/fancy is it? At least Jack In The Box uses a name brand. Note: Jack= another fast food joint.

It gets put into those little plastic packets instead of the big, lunky bottles. That's what makes it so fancy.
