What do you all see when watching the Anna Nicole Smith trial for who will have rights to her body for burial, and if you can see all the greed from all sides blatantly causing a circus of this serious issue.

Fast Eddie - What? My friend I am a Senior Adviser for social services and most in the field are observing this case. Being that it fits into our services we provide. i.e...drug abuse, poor parenting, and over exposure of youths for profit. So, what do you do besides waitng for your government check...LOL

Although, it may seem like a circus to most, it depicts society today and how pathetic it can become. The scenario of Anna Nicole Smiths death is no different from normal folks who have love ones that have passed away. They all are at a greedy state to see what they can get. Death has been profitable for some - while for others it is a somber moment in life. The actions seen is just the beginning of a bigger and greedier battle to come. This is what happens when people value money more then life itself.
The reality is don't try and harbor your money foolishly - go out do something, donate to great causes, give to those in your life who are worthy. Always remember to execute a living will, so your blood sucking loves will not have to fight over it. There have been fights over even televisions, freezers, cars, it doesn't matter what your income status is. There will always be a greedy SOB in your family or mist.

It's a shame the women body is decomposing and the judge is acting like a fool on t.v.. Did you guys notice how he constantly says the same things over and over again. I just think that it is sad that the court system is being made a mock of. In my opinion he should have been thrown off the bench for acting so stupid. The women is gone now she should be able to rest in peace by her son. But now here 2 weeks later we are still talking and seeing this mess on t.v.This is very sad that our justice system and the people that our suppose to up hold the law not make a mock of it have become this way straight stupid. When certain things happen like someone that is not in the spot light dies or is missing you don't hear about it this long. They should have let a regular average Joe run this trial because it has become a laughing stock on t.v . And I'm sure Anna Nicole would not want to be remember like that regardless of her life style there should be some dignity and class in the court room period.

The judge is doing right I believe, to prevent any future problems from any of these idiots. It's obvious Anna would want to be buried beside her son, and the hatred she had for her mother. The mother should pretend she is still alive and go away, especially after the way she publicly made all the no-class statements about her daughter after the death of her son. When I lost my 25 year old son my mother and dad and few other relatives showed their behinds at my sons wake, they also acted like Anna's mother by saying horrible things about me and my son. If someone told me they were gonna turn my body over to these people when I die I would kill them all to make SURE it didn't happen. Nicoles mother needs to be shot. They need to take the baby to social services and take paternity test from those saying they are the father and put ALL the rest of them in prison. JUST MY OPINON.

i think it's all stupid and should be kept a personal family matter. they're blowing everything out of porportion like they did with terry shaivo. anna nicole is dead and that can't change. she was under a lot of stress while she was alive: 1st her 1st husband dies and she had to do wil a lawsuit against his son, contraverseries and crap build up, drug usage, loosing weight, her son died, and then she has a kid and then she dies. i think everyone needs to cut her some slack, she was only human. she can't take on the weight of the world and everyone just wanted a piece of her, which was dumb. i think they should just leave it alone. if they did find drugs in her system, i would find that understanable, b/c she had to put up with so much crao while she was alive and that's not fair. they need to bury her and let her body rest. face it: she's dead and it's over.

The one that I feel most contempt for is her 'mother'. This woman by all accounts had no time for her during life, but can see the dollar signs in death. She disgusts me.

The judge and lawyers are doing their jobs. Those who seek her body aside from her mom have ulterior financial motives. If she and this guy Stern were so in love why were they not married legally?
