Hi, there are no fully functional NDS emulators for the PC.
As for nds emu on any other platform like xbox, thats not gonna happen. for a long time anyway.
heres the current ones for PC which are doing well, a long way off finished though.

DS Emulators are only designed for some commercial ROMs. DS Emulators exist, but they don't play all games on DS. They are still designing it and putting the touchscreen feature, by using the mouse. I've downloaded emulators, but they don't work. Why? Because they're trying to make our lives better and they're still modifying it to work.
So what is the sole purpose of DS ROMs now?
Get the empty DS cards and all the gadgets to transfer you games. Their buyable online.
