I ate a salad and cheesecake I bought from a famous Fast Food Restaurant. It was good, but five hours later my stomach was aching and gave me the runs (soft stool). Then again three hours later, I still have to poop diarhea like stool. Will this harm my baby? Did anyone had diarhea or stomach ache from a bad food and baby turned out fine? I am so worried.

Definitely call your ob. If you got food poisioning, you need to know that it's nothing that could affect the baby.

I had a really bad stomach bug when I was pregnant with my third. He is now a healthy happy 3 year old. If you can keep water down, it does not last for days and you don't have a high fever you should be fine. If it lasts more then 3 days call your doctor.

It's possible. You should tell your OB/GYN right away and see if there is anyting they can do.
