tell me about a time when you experienced betrayal?

The one which stands out the most for me was; during my first pregnancy my husband and I were organizers for our neighborhood recreation hall weekly Bingo games. At the end of our first ever held weekly games, we held a meeting with the helpers and talked about the success of the evening. We were in the kitchen area (I was standing opposite of my husband, because I had just gotten something out of the frig, when he began talking) and I passed gas. Immediately he began laughing and telling everyone else "oh, she does this all of the time since becoming pregnant!" I just glared at him and thought to myself 'how dare you - you complete jerk!' I then excused myself and walked home. Later when he arrived home he asked me why I had left. I told him "why did you have to embarrass me like that? You're such an idiot!" He replied "I don't even know what you're talking about". I then said "why did you make your stupid comment when I passed gas?" He then said "oh, that...... I don't know". I said "we are married and we're supposed to be there for each other and I would never say anything to embarrass you in front of others".
I felt completely betrayed by my husband and also felt like he didn't care for me at all.

My fiance and I were living with a male roomate. My fiance stole something from the roomate and was busted by him. My fiance then told the roomate that I stole it.

My heart was broken, I moved out and never looked back.
