We want a unique and fun name, but can't think of anything. We want it to maybe reflect that it is for our future/retirment/family, etc., but are open to any ideas.

How about incorporated a word into a name like "Sentry Investments". Use a word that has meaning of what you are trying to accomplish with your company.
