Times have changed. Mainly because it's supposed to be cool. The real problem is the little kids who get exposed to this. I was at a Bar Mitzvah party, and saw a 7-Year Old dancing and singing along to "My Humps", while he has no idea what half of the stuff in that song actually means.

I'm a hip hop radio DJ and I can't think of any artists under 16 talking about sex. But, there are young kids who listen to the music and sing along to the song. For one... they are the ones who are the biggest fans of the artists. Older people have better things to do with their time. Also, there are actually many kids who are sexually active at that age.

your right but i really dont know any hip hop singers under 16 talking about sex i dont know, but what do 16 year olds really know. i am about to be 18 in 2 weeks and i have learned alot since i was 16, and will learn more by the time i am 21

To be honest, people under 16 really don't know about the true act of sex. You can tell in what they are singing about. Hip Hop has turned into the worst kind of music. It's music that is ONLY used to set false stereotypes of both men and women; cultures and races. They say sex sells but when that is all offered, it's hard to see anything else. I think young people should broaden their horizons when it comes to music. You will find that there are BETTER performer, BETTER music and REAL messages in other music, that the "industry" is trying to hide from you, only to sell you what they want you to hear SEX,KILLING and degrading of women for their profit$$$$$$$$. Stop making them rich, find what truly empowers you.

don't you watch talk shows? Maury is always dealing with 13 and 14 year olds trying to have a baby, unbelievably they think their mom with raie the kid. Besides some of these "kids" grow up with their parents listing to the hip hop stuff and they think it's all 'normal'. I think that's part of the problem with kids becoming more violent.

Isnt that the stupidest rap song you ever heard. look for these cd cases in your childs room : 50 cent, dr dre, emenim, mac dre, snoop dogg, mistical, and many many more. these songs can teach you how do do bad things and teach many words about sex and drugs. before i knew what weed was i already knew how much it was worth and what you had to do to get a crack rock. well have a good day and i hope i was not TMI (too much info)
