Conservatives respect our freedom. Liberals abuse it. Anything that will lead to them getting into power they will work for them.

They support our enemies in several ways. Wanting to cut & run from Iraq has emboldened the insurgents, Iran, Syria and has sent the wrong message to many of our allies that we want to reneg on our committments and go back on our word. This policy of giving in to difficult challenges has implications far beyond emboldment of the enemy. It tells our children that it's ok to back down from day to day tasks if they seem too difficult. An example would be when Clinton had bj's in the oval office. Many kids now say it's ok to cheat on your wife or gf, Clinton did it and he was president, so they think its just normal. Another way they support the enemy is to back stab our president in times of war. This tells foreigners and other countries to criticize Bush no matter what, ie, Chavez, Irans president, Chiraq, and so on to name a few. If they see our own people back stabbing, they do the same. The Dems criticism is heard by our children and this simply breeds contempt for other people when we disagree with them. Bush's job is much more difficult when he is criticized for making the bold decisions and the tacit implication that our troops are losing makes their job much tougher. Most Americans want us to win in Iraq and I believe the Dems will feel the rath of the American people come 2008.

I'm presuming by "enemy" you're referring to the poor, ethnic minorities, women and the average working citizen? Yes, we support them. Considering the GOP is the party of big business, these people are likely to be considered enemies by them.

Why do conservatives have to make up outrageous lies in order to make their point? Oh, right. Because you clowns don't have a point. And conservatives have been consistently wrong about every single position they've ever held in this country - from wanting to remain a colony to keeping slavery to wanting to stay out of WWII and right up until today. Must make a man proud to know he's siding with people who just cannot get anything right.

Liberals, like Jesus Christ are looking out for the least amongst us. They are looking out for the poor, the sick, the marginalized, the stranger, and those who it's not "popular" to look out for. Like Jesus Christ, they are for a just, honorable, and peaceful world. And in Republican logic, that's supporting the enemy. Go figure.

What you are trying to do is to shut out opposition to lies and corrupt government. This is how Hitler got his power established and every dictator in history has used this scare tactic to consolidate power and steal money and distribute to their friends and suspend democracy. Unfortunately it is mostly those really don't get any benefit from such a government that have become the biggest advocate of it. This is what the brainwashed suicide bombers do: a strategy of self-destruction

Why do conservatives keep using this as a means to try to get the opposing voice to shut up? Do you hate our God given freedom of dissent this much?
