We always called it "Crisis Management". I used to complain about it to no end but secretly I always liked the apparent helter skelter of it. As long as I had some control, i.e. as long as I wasn't just a victim along for the ride, I found it very exhilarating.
When I hit the ground doing about WARP 9.7 and stayed at it all day, I found the day only lasted what seemed like a few minutes and I slept like a rock afterward. I am retired now and until you came along I was quite satisfied. Now I miss the JAZZ.
Good Question, and forgive me if I don't thank you. I haven't decided whether I am grateful or annoyed. LOL

I don't thrive on chaos...chaos tends to overstimulate me. I tend to avoid it.
A challenge, on the other hand, I enjoy immensely.
I guess, I see chaos and a challenge as two different things.
Chaos seems random..a challenge more controlled.
Am I making sense? Lol...

I have a friend like that. She cannot be happy unless her life is in total chaos. I try to avoid all of that, myself.
