This website LoveMyShoes has taken my daughters money for shoes she ordered over Christmas but not sent shoes or returned money. They also now have her credit card number, which worries me. Their telephone number is defunct and they do not answer email. I've reported to internet fraud division but no report back. I notice they are still taking orders from their site. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them. They'll try to resolve the dispute, and if it gets bad enough, probably a lawsuit.

If you haven't done so contact the Commerce Dept for both your state and the state that the company is based in.
To help warn other consumers you can go to www.ripoffreport.com and post a warning to others about the ripoff.
