Are they lazy? Are they stupid? Are they just filthy, ignorant pigs? Human behavior can be very puzzling. What's your opinion about these people, and what should be done with them?

No manners, no sense of pride in their surroundings. Just plain lazy & don't care. There are garbage cans everywhere.

Usually these are the people who don't have to pick it up. They feel that as long as they don't have to pick it up then it doesn't involve them, it's not their problem! Some believe that their little bit of litter won't hurt anything because "people litter all the time" and if they didn't litter it wouldn't make a difference because other people still litter. I myself would not litter. I would rather wait for a garbage can or just stuff whatever it is in my pocket. It doesn't hurt you. I say we make them adopt a highway once and then they can clean up all the litter on the highway and say "see what you make other people do?"

People litter mainly because they feel that someone else will clean up after them anyway.
These people just need to be taught responsibility and respect for the public and self.
