They easy way is to drink a lot of weight gain shakes-but that's no fun. Eat ten meals a day all with carbs, sugar, protien. Lift weights-heavy weights-go for more weight than reps. Eat late. Go to a lot of all you can eat places. Go Rosie o Donell for tips.

10 lbs of muscle? - not humanly possible
10 lbs of anything - insanely difficult

You can not do this in a week. At best maybe month and a half, two months. You cannot expect to have your muscles to grow that fast without huge side effects. Properly grown will take time, there is a lot of recuperation time needed.

You still want to get big eat your weight in grams of protein per day. DO NOT EAT AT ONE SITTING MORE THEN 50-60 grams or it will all go down the shiter, literally. Eat through out the day. At meals 40-50 grams and in between snack on something with high protein (bars, shakes, sandwich).
Do a rapid muscle growth workout at the gym.
That means HEAVY WEIGHTS and little reps.
Bench press heavy but only about 4-6 presses for 2-3 sets.
Do this for all you lifting, you will get huge after a month.
Thats if you want to gain pure muscle.

Eat alot of fattening food.
Do excersizes that build up muscle mass (Muscle is heavier than fat)
Sit around and be lazy
Drink some Boost. I think that stuff is supposed to help diabetics and underweight people.
