can't play a game on my computer pc says pc card does not support full screen?

It could be your video card but first I would update the video card driver first. Also it would help to know what game it is a PC game, or something online. If it is a PC game make sure your computer supports the requirements

You probably need to get a new graphics or video card. That or you can see if you can lower the settings so you can play in window mode. What game is it?
