Recently I've become interested in the subject and although I'm not a total believer, I really want to find out more. From a reliable source, not religious beliefs. I'd also be keen to undergo regression and see if it turns anything up, but don't know where or how in the UK you can do this.
P.S. Is there any way you can meditate or self-hypnotise to find out something yourself?
Any help, personal experiences or suggestions welcome!

You live ONCE and DIE once, no question. If there is such a thing as reincarnation why can't you ever remember who you were before without being supposedly hypnotised? Read your bible. You have one chance in life to have a relationship with God, if you don't then I feel sorry for you. End of.

Never really believed in past lives until i was hypnotised and remembered and experienced a past life in Canada in the 1880's.
It was quite spooky and very real. Can't explain it and don't really want to. i don't think self hypnosis will work i think you need a guide.

How do you find out about yours? Sorry, but you don't. Unless you want a piece of fiction. I have seen no conclusive evidence to confirm reincarnation.
