Let's make it like this:
The whole circumference is 360 degrees. You only have 10 degrees. That means, multiply by 36 to get the whole circumference.
20 * 36 = 720 cm

The arc length is the radius times the included angle in radians;

20 =(10 deg*pi/180)r
r = 2*180/pi = 360 /Pi

circumference is 2 *pi *r
c= 360 *2 *Pi/Pi =720 cm

The diameter of a circle is the gap around the widest area of the circle. that's 2 circumstances the radius, that's the gap from the midsection of the circle to the exterior. The circumference is the gap around the circle. The formulation for the circumference of a circle is two X pi X r. considering 2 X r = the diameter besides, the circumference of a circle is the diameter circumstances pi. Pi = 3 one million/7

radius times angle in radians = arc length
So r (10pi/180) = 20
r = 20*18/pi =360/pi
Circumference = 2*pi *r = 2*pi *360/pi = 720 cm

length of arc = radius x angle subtended

20 = r x pi/18

r = 360/pi

l = 2pir = 2*pi*360/pi = 720cm

you can compute this as a line integral through the unit scalar field along the path parameterized by:
x = r cos t and y = r sin t 0≤t≤2π

r is determined from the fact that 20cm = 10º(radians) *r
r = 360/π

theta (angle given) which is 10/360 degrees
*
pie*radius squared=20
pie*radius squared bit gives circumference
therefore
20/(10/360)=720
take pie as 3.142
