I have a friend that is kind of like that with his kid. When his child was in the hospital, they freaked out the nurses one day. The kid choked on milk (he was an infant at the time) and the father woke up out of a nap, picked up the phone, and called the nurses station. The nurse picked up, and he asked, "Is my son okay? He was just choking and I lost sight of him." The nurse was sure that he had hacked into the security system of the hospital or something and was watching through the security cameras, but the guy is just like that. We were walking through the mall the other day, and he just stopped and said, "Uh oh... let's go find my son, he's lost. I think he's this way." And we walked right to him! And it seems to kind of go both ways, because when the son is having trouble with his homework, he'll ask his father to come look over his shoulder at the problem with him for a minute. They don't talk, and the father doesn't point at anything on the page, but after a minute the son says, "Thanks, Dad, I think I've got it." It's always gone like that that I've seen except once when the father didn't know anything about the geography of the area that the son had to identify the states or cities or whatever, and then after about a minute of looking at it together, the father said, "I have no idea," and they picked up a book to look it up. But with them, it's not an all-the-time thing, because sometimes they'll be just like I've described, and then other times they can't even talk to each other to get the point across they're saying. The same trip to the mall I described above, about an hour before, the son wanted to buy a book and the father said that he didn't have the money, and the son offered to buy it with his allowance and just the way they were talking (I couldn't repeat the conversation, but it was very reminiscent of "Who's on first, What's on second") I ended up having to interrupt and explain to the father that I thought the son wanted to pay with his allowance. It would have been funny to watch, but being a part of it all it was a little unnerving.

This has happened quite often for me...my boyfriend was working in Afghanistan, and on January 12th I wrecked my car, and my first thought was that I wish I could talk to him cause I was living at his house, and didn't know the area very well...after I got off the phone with the police my phone rang, and it was him...he said he just felt that he needed to call me. In July 2006 I was on my way back home with friends from a float trip, and I had just gotten in cell range and was telling my friends that I wished he would call...and before I could finish that sentence my phone rang...and it was him...We are so in sync with eachother it makes for a wonderful relationship! He's back home safe and working here now

This happens to me but not very often. Consider yourself lucky that you have found someone that is on the same wave length as you. Congrats.

All the time. We believe that we're going to get to the point where our communication is completely telepathic.
