It is very rare. but in extreem cases of bowel obstruction it is possible for the Gastro - intestional contents tomove upward and out.....
Very very rare. Usually the bowel ruptures before that.

I really don't understand the people who say no because they don't know a thing about this. Please, when it comes to important things like this, don't give your opinion, because unless you are in the medical field you most likely are wrong.

Thats a weird question...but unless you first put the feces in your mouth and then spit it out, no...it cant come out of your mouth.

yes it can!!!!! i know someone it happened to!!!!!!! they were really sick and almost died their intestines were backed up and the feces were backing up it filled up his stomach and the only place it can go is up and he threw up feces alot he had to be cleaned out and he almost died

yes it is possible but very unlikely. a stricture in your bowel could cause you to vomit fecal matter. forcing it to do a 180 and head back the way it came in. I have heard of cases of it . it is sometimes refured to as miserere.
