We need more info. What is she angry about? We need to know the level of anger, then we can better advise on the best way.

Let her be angry. If you try to rationalize with her she will only push you away and become more angry than she was in the beginning. When she is ready to talk to you she will contact you. Just stay away from her - give her some space to cool down. When she's ready to rectify the situation she'll reach you . Good Luck

Depends on the offense. Personalize it.
If you called her something negative, call her every day for a week with positive words.
If you missed an important day, make every day important.
If you didn't call before you came, make her first in line.
Etc.

If you truly are sorry for what you have said or done, and you feel words alone are just not sufficient, then give her a single red rose. It is the small gestures that say the most.

Flowers, and depending on how cool you are with her the write her a song. She would love it. Write a letter to her (and not a poem you found on the internet) be sincere and look in her eyes and apologize

First you should try in person, and if she doesn't want to hear you or talk to you, then the best way to do it is in a letter. Sometimes a letter or email can speak more than words nad she doesn't have to listen to you all she has to do is read it.
