Financial security.
That would take care of anything else I could ever need and hopefully provide for a few things I want. I could be very happy with that.

To be honest - here and now (at this moment) I'm quite happy. I'm not stunningly attractive, have only a bit of money, have a history of doomed relationships, and I have some weird habits - BUT I'm quite content so I give the wish to someone else.

I would hope for peace of mind and a mind free from worry about the people in my life and my finances. Actually, if I have peace of mind, I don't need anything else, everything falls into place.

I work in a hospital and have seen many patients who had everything going for them and had their health turn.
You can work hard for wealth, and search for love but if you don't have your health you can lose everything very quickly
