The easiest way is to marry a Japanese citizen. Aside from that, the next best thing is to find a company in Japan that will hire you and get a working visa.

Its all about contacts really. Japan is all about who you know. This relates to business as well as people. If you can get your foot in some kind of business, your half way there. If you can get a job in Japan you are in. So many people wish they could go to Japan, but it is actually quite hard, they only want the best foreign citizens coming into their country, so you have to study hard and then work hard lol. ganbatte!

You need to get a Visa if you want to get a job and/or stay for more than 90 days. If you stay for more than 5 years,(less if you marry a Japanese person)you can become a citizen if that's what you want, but it would mean renouncing your current citizenship(s).
