Don't know about downloads, but when I was writing progs for the Atari, I got a book from the local library which had about 150 card games described. And I could take my time digesting the information, going forward and back by just flipping the page.
I know its a bind to leave your monitor for a little while, but try it.
Even the walk may do you good!

or somtimes 30
