I dont know about it being "so last year" If that's the case then why is the music industry cracking down on colleges for illegal downloading?

Um, downloading videos? With the release of the iPod video and all the spoiled American children that demanded that their parents get them one for Christmas (and succeeded) I would think that's the new rage...
