Ooooh..Too many to list but here's a few:
Benicio Del Toro, Al Pacino, Denzel Washington, Terence Howard, Dustin Hoffman, Robert Deniro, Forest Whitaker, Leo DiCaprio
I just have to say two things. I definitely think Leo should have been nominated for Basketball Diaries. And no. 2, I love Cuba to death but Edward Norton should definitely have taken the Oscar for Primal Fear. He was the SH*T in that movie.

The best actor to me would be Johnny Depp but only because he's hot. But the best actor for ACTING would either have to be (for the males) Sir Iain McKellon (sp?) or Patrick Stewart. (For the females) Maggie Smith or Whoopie Goldberg!!

Ever or living? If you say ever than I would have to say Gregory Peck. If you say living then I would have to say Dustin Hoffman for his increadible versatility. Also very talented are Russel Crowe and Johnny Depp (who is proving to be very versatile and not just a heart-throb).
