I'm 18 years old and I masturbate by lying face down on my bed. Now the problem is that I see in many pictures and diagrams that when you look at your penis from the top, the head of the penis should be in such a way that the urine hole should be 90 degrees vertical but for me it's tilted towards the right. Even during full erection it's tilted towards right side, in fact even a bit more tilted. And I have this awkward brown patch on the head of my penis. Any help?

It is likely not penile cancer, however in my experience, it could very well be the onset of Peyronnies disease. If the is the case, his penis will begin to show a bend usually upward within 2-4 months. It is important if this happens to stretch the penis regularly to prevent the bend from becoming permanent. If you are lucky it will resolve itself in about 1 year.
If not surgery is the only option. See a urologist who specializes in peyronnies, but there is also lots of good general information on the net, if you want to understand the condition.

The clue to your problem lies in the first sentence of your question. The problem has been created by your lying face down - this causes a curvature of the penis. Lay on your back and since you still young things might straighten out. The brown patch might have also come from the rubbing face down, or it just might be a normal discoloration.

Relax - there's nothing wrong with you. Everybody is different, so if your penis tilts to the right, it's fine. The brown patch on the head of your penis could be a birthmark, but if you're concerned about it, see your doctor.

Go see a urologist. They can examine you and determine if their is a problem. Look in the yellow pages under physicians-urology.

the patch is a birth mark, don't worry about it! the way your penis is shaped, don't worry about it! mine kinda curves to the left, but it still works! at lease when you ejaculate it wont hit you in the face!!

maybe iiz bcuz you have a birth mark on your Pnis (weird brown spot) and i think everyone has a different thing goin on with their thing ya no maybe its crooked cuz ya no erbodys different
