I've done that before when I was out of body wash. It works fine, but I'm not one to get extremely dirty on a daily basis so I can't tell you how well it would work on some serious dirt.

If you don't use a soap or body wash when washing, you will not get the job done. Shampoo is meant to wash the hair and the hair only. People from miles away will smell your *** if you wash with shampoo. It would be like skipping the toilet paper after "droppping the kids off at the pool". Same thing.

Hello,
No body wash you need for your skin or even soap. Using shampoo will dry out your skin. If you are buying a body try to get a gel based wash because its alot better for your skin!

Shampoo is fine, they even make a shampoo/body wash you an buy, therefore I don't think there's anything wrong with that and it should work just fine. Probably no as hard on your skin either.

Target sells a 3 in 1 that can be used for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It's really rich in moisturizer and I recomend it for guys.

soap is soap, although shampoo can double as body wash or bubble bath when you are short a few dollars it wont hurt you and it will get you clean, But, most soaps have less irritants and more antimicrobial components for a better wash, i would buy soapo when it fits in the buget, but if it doesnt everyonce in awhile, you wont smell!

Philosophy makes a shampo body wash combo and I have seen other products that are combo. It probably depends on the shampoo. Give it a try and see if you like how it makes your skin feel. You can also look for some cheaper bodywashes.

you can find inexpensive body washes too - i'd be careful b/c one product is made for hair remember... it could really dry your skin out using shampoo to wash yourself - unless you are good about moisturing your skin afterwards....guys usually aren't but whatever floats your boat!
