AWWW I'm so sorry that you are going through that at such a difficult time. Like it isn't hard enough going through pregnancy! I know you are trying to "keep it together" but sometimes if you keep it all in you're doing more harm than good. If you really need to cry, just cry, it'll make you feel a lot better. Do you have anyone to talk to...friends, family? It can be a big stress reliever to just talk it out. I went through an ugly divorce a few years ago and it really helped a lot to have someone to talk to. If you need to vent, feel free to email me, it's on my profile. Good luck and keep your chin up :)

I can totally empathize with you. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and dealing with stress myself. I wouldn't suggest taking medication because there are other side effects that don't make it worth it, but for me personally I've started a pregnancy journal to record my thoughts and feelings. I also take time to cry. It helps me to release the stress and anxiety of the day. I quit smoking as well, and I know it's hard. For me now the smell of cigarettes makes me ill so I wouldn't think about smoking. Just concentrate on the little miracle that you are creating inside. I'll pray for you and I hope that your situation will improve. Good luck and God bless.

Stress isn't good for anyone and even though there are very few studies on this, I say, why take the risk?
I know this sounds stupid, but Yoga works really well. It recenters your body and your spirit. My grandpa was so ill (I'm 24 weeks) and I was crying all the time. the only thing that made me feel better (besides a couple of dozen oreos) was Yoga and my daily 30 minutes walk (also helped me sleep, etc).

Pray about it and let the bad and negative things go. Being depressed while pregnant is not good for the baby or you. You could get high blood pressure or even go into premature labor. Be Easy. If it's that hard then make everything easy and leave. No one worth worrying about or worth making you lose your baby. No one.

Dear lady, I am so sorry about all the stress you are going through. God blessings be with you, mother to be, you have a blessed special child withing you. We commend you for quitting smoking (us the readers). Please know that you are not alone, God is with you as you read this. He will not leave you desolate nor ever forsake you. Believe it or not all that is happening to you is for the better. Every think God allows it to happen for his purpose, you do not know what this purpose is today but trust me a year or two from now you will look back and you will fall on your knees and thank him for taking charge of your life when he did. Sometimes when God takes control of our lives normally because he speaks to us but we do not listen, then we go through a hard period that is because he is taking control in changing something that is not pleasing to him and not good for you. Though you do not see it now. Please calm down, trust in Him. Here are plenty of people who love you and support you. Take a deep breath, take control. God bless you my dear lady. Sleep well tonight and tomorrow wake up to a new life.
