GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!

if the pain is so sever as you are saying then it could be a sign of a miscarriage. you are not carring any weight in front of you at only one month. the baby is not even a gram yet.

I had alot of backpain with my second child.Something you can do that will help is to get on your hands and knees and arch your back.It takes all the pressure off your back.I also talked to my doctor about a pregnancy brace. It helps hold up some of the weight your carrying. You may have to pay out right for one.Because most insurance companies wont pay for it.I have heard that light yoga helps to.Maybe a heating pad on low.

Let me start my answer by saying that its normal to have a backpain.

but backpains are mostly encountered during end of the second trimester.

considering ur gestational age. i think it might be due low calcium levels.

During pregnancy the need for all minerals increase and sometimes theres shortage.

So u have to take medication for healthy pregnancy.

Ask ur doc to prescribe u calcium drugs.

Massaging the back muscles will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain. More details and remedies at http://aches.in/backpainremedies.html

I'm suprised it hurts already usually it is due to the extra weight you are carrying out front. My back got really sore at around 6 months and I used a heating pad.

Maybe you could try to get your husband to give you a really good back massage or you could try using a heating pad (just make sure it doesn't get too hot if it's near your lower back b/c of the baby).

I find, at night in bed if I put a pillow under the bottom of the mattress, it raises my feet and legs a little to keep my back flat. It's also considered bad for the back if you lie on your stomach.
