Actually the easiest way is to call a beekeeper. Assuming you have honeybees they would happily remove them.. In the US there are a considerable variety of bees. Carpenter bees are a problem here in the south. Solution: paint all raw wood, close up all holes to inside &.or spray insecticide.

Within the U S A --almost any city will have a county extension agency available at least by way of phone contact---and almost every one of them has contacts with people who work with such things as bee colonies --- in a lot of places it is totally illegal to destroy hives of bees and the people who care for such things will be glad to come and retreive these little workers and get them back to a place where they can Beeee back at their job of pollenating the crops and flowers for a better world !!!

Bee spray.
If you are walking/running/whatever outside, stuff a fabric softener sheet somewhere in your clothes. Apparently, it keeps bees away.
