I doubt it.
Once I dreamed I was in a forest and I had to kiss the leader of the centaur army to stop some sort of war or something. But then we died because someone had put poison on our lips (w/o us noticing). The armies started freaking out, and then I woke up.
And I did have a boyfriend at the time, so no, it isn't a bad thing. Dreams are just dreams.

A dream is a dream dear! You can not help them. It's not like you said tonight I'm gonna dream kiss another guy! Just keep it to yourself so you wont have a fight!

If you mean the kind of dreaming you do when you are asleep, of course not. You can't control what you dream about.
If you mean daydreaming, it's probably not a bad thing as long as you don't act on it. However, you should probably ask yourself why you fantasize about other guys if you are in a relationship.

Is there some way that you can control your dreams? For the most part, no. So how could anything you dream about be bad?

not at all! I dream kiss other ppl all the time. it's just a dream, something that you can't help. Trust me, I know for a fact that your bf dreams about having sex w/ other girls. It's completely natural and just as long as either one of you doesn't "follow those dreams", then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

We are sending out the dream police to live inside of your head. This type of behavior must be stopped before it goes to far and you end up living out sexual fantasies in your dreams.

No! Has long as you don't tell him what your thinking. Most people do some times. How would you feel if he said when I kiss you I think of some one else.
